This is where fabric, photography, story, and identity meet. Created by designer, photographer, stylist, model, and visual artist Adela Hittell, AH/U Designs is entering a new creative season — one shaped by original garments, editorial concepts, custom pieces, and visual storytelling.
As new designs come to life and the brand prepares for an upcoming Los Angeles creative trip, this space will serve as the home for the work: the process, the collections, the collaborations, and the evolution of a fashion line built with intention, artistry, and soul.
New Work Is Coming
AH/U Designs is currently developing a new body of fashion work featuring original garments, custom styling, photography concepts, and statement pieces created for upcoming shoots, showcases, and brand storytelling.
Each design is created with attention to structure, texture, movement, and emotion — pieces meant not only to be worn, but to be felt, photographed, and remembered.
Meet the Creative Behind the Work
Adela Hittell is a multidisciplinary creative working across fashion design, photography, production, modeling, styling, and storytelling. Her work is rooted in detail, transformation, resilience, and the belief that fashion can become a visual language for identity, emotion, and power.
Through AH/U Designs, Adela creates pieces and visual concepts that reflect elegance, edge, softness, structure, and the personal story behind every design.
Debut Showcase
Runway to Resilience marks the debut showcase of AH/U Designs in partnership with Project Human Inc. at the Jessie Ball duPont Center on September 19, 2026.
More than a fashion show, this is a cinematic walk through survival, transformation, identity, and flight. Inspired by the butterfly’s metamorphosis, the showcase uses fashion, sound, spoken word, movement, and visual storytelling to honor the human journey from darkness to becoming. Each garment is created as testimony — proof that what we carry, survive, and transform through can become beauty, purpose, and power.
In support of mental health awareness, Runway to Resilience invites the community to experience fashion as more than design — as reflection, conversation, and a reminder that we are still here.
Photography & Visual Storytelling
Photography has always been one of the ways I see, study, and honor the details of creation. Before a garment is finished, before a story is fully told, there is a moment, a feeling, a frame, and a perspective worth capturing.
My previous photography work remains part of this creative home because it reflects the time, care, and passion I have poured into visual storytelling. These images represent more than past work — they are part of the foundation that shaped how I design, style, direct, and create today.
